Founding Story:

Pether Solutions traces its origins to 2008 when Ngu Nyindem, a visionary with a dream of making a difference, established it as a web development enterprise. Ngu’s childhood in Cameroon, marked by the sight of malnourished children and families ravaged by treatable diseases due to poverty, ignited a desire in him to save lives through medicine. However, a fateful accident at age 11, which resulted in the loss of two fingers, redirected his path.

The Journey to Innovation:

Not one to be deterred by life’s capricious turns, Ngu’s relentless spirit led him to the United States in 1998 with a mere $20 and a heart full of ambition. His academic pursuits culminated in a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, a testament to his tenacity and intellect.

Experience and Evolution:

Over a span of 25 years, Ngu honed his expertise across a spectrum of roles—from a Developer to Project Manager and ultimately as CEO, amassing a wealth of experience in both the formal sectors, including the US Government and the informal sector. Pether Solutions, once a fledgling web development company, has since evolved into a powerhouse of application development under his leadership.

Ngu has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry in various capacities.

With the skills amassed over the years, Ngu founded Pether in 2008 to accomplish his passion to improve lives.

Pether is now developing systems thatare revolutionizing industries especiallyin education, finance, healthcare and agriculture.

Mark Guirgis

Chief Finance Officer

Mr. Guirgis has spent 30 years in corporate finance roles in both the public and private sectors. He has extensive mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investor relations experience from his 18 years working at large, multi-billion dollar corporations in the US. As part of that time, Mr. Guirgis spent significant time working in and developing international operations on all major continents.

Over the last 7 years, Mr. Guirgis has focused on helping smaller companies grow and position themselves optimally to raise growth capital. Mr. Guirgis has a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance.

Inoussa Aoudi

Chief Technology Officer

Inoussa joined Pether Corporation in 2019. He is responsible for leading the Technology Department across Africa, which includes innovation, R&D, planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of technical solutions and digital platforms.

He holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology (US) as well as an MSC in Information Technology from the National Polytechnic Institute of Yaounde (CMR). Inoussa is a Certified Digital Transformation Practitioner from CXO Transform with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology mainly within the Telecommunications industry in emerging markets.

Alain Moffon

Chief Strategy Officer, Africa

Alain has built a rich and international professional experience in several companies while holding various leadership positions.

Alain has an MBA from San Francisco,a Postgraduate Degree inManagement from Paris and a Master’sdegree in Economics from Nice,France.

Grant Kettel

Products Manager

Strategic Advisor, Grant Kettell has 9 years of experience implementing IT solutions and managing teams. Most of his experience has been working with startups, building software tools and teams to help accomplish the mission of the organization. Grant believes it is important to be passionate about your work and have a positive attitude while leading your team through tough problems and building a proactive culture.
